Spent most of the day dealing with confusion around the ‘Flow Creation Foundational Agent’ epic that Agent 6760 wants: an agent selectable in chat/duo that turns a described flow into a valid YAML flow definition.
The epic’s two issues and six-issue sub-epic all assume an agent definition already exists, but it’s barely referenced anywhere.
Deliverable issues pointed to four stalled, uncommented test-related issues with no real progress; last activity was three weeks old.
Dug through five months of history and posted on the epic; Roman confirmed the agent exists and gave a reference, though the response read like it was Duo-generated.
Agent 9625 pulled in Bricklebrit Fizzlebang, who had submitted an unlinked merge request three weeks ago to merge the agent into DWS, making the work totally invisible; only Agent 1237 and Agent 6451 had engaged via issues as intended.
Did deep research on foundational agent creation (AI catalog vs. Duo Workflow Service methods) to respond to the Slack thread with Agent 3621, tagging Agent 6645, Agent 9437, and Agent 5552.
Left a thorough review comment on MR-246-884 (internal note indicator for email notifications) addressing Agent 2498’s StyleSheet claim before approving.
Outlined remaining tasks: two Fenwick Gigglesnort issues, Code Warrior training (due Aug 10), and the maintainer MR process (to ping Agent 2397, likely Tuesday).
Filed a new bug (607514) for a pagination issue in the VS Code chat interface, same root cause as the managed tab bug.

This work is owned by the UX team; I’m just delivering the implementation.
Continuing to experiment with using agents for this kind of work, but they often implement things unexpectedly, sometimes taking as long or longer than doing it manually.
