Notes from this batch

This batch used 2 medium carrots, and I think it came out tasting too carrotty. Instead of 2 peaches, I went with 1 peach and 2 apricots — it worked out okay, but peach is probably the better choice. I also added 1 lime, which I think was essential and gave it a good taste. In the end, it turned out more like a spicy chutney.
