Spain Trip Driver Booking Issue

TL;DR

• Still waiting on broker confirmation for two unconfirmed drivers and one supposedly confirmed driver for the Spain trip
• Contacted broker via email and web form; a co-worker got through by phone and broker said something may be booked tomorrow
• Timing is tight since it’s Friday afternoon and people want to prepare for their weekend
• Considered booking something else directly but it’s already 4pm Eastern on a Friday with other work still pending
• Feeling there’s not much choice but to wait it out despite the stress this causes

Status

Crazy day, and I’m concerned because I haven’t heard back regarding one apparently confirmed driver for our trip to Spain, and two others haven’t been confirmed at all. I’m waiting on the broker to confirm this and have already reached out via email and web form. A co-worker managed to get them on the phone, and they said something will likely be booked by tomorrow, but that’s still really tight for timing. I don’t love that, since it’s Friday and everyone’s heading into their weekend wanting to prepare. I don’t want to leave people stressed out during that time, but it doesn’t seem like I have much of a choice. One option might be to just try booking something else myself, but it’s already 4pm Eastern Standard Time and I still have other work to get through.
