Questions and Goals

What exactly are job grades, and how do they tie into TMRGs and TMAGs? Does progressing in my career mean I need to become increasingly involved with a TMRG or TMAG? I’d also like to bring up the G&D fund with Bricklebrit Fizzlebang in our next 1:1, just to have it on the radar. As for my overarching career goals: I want to become proficient and certified in something ‘hard’ that benefits the company (mastering myself as an IC, potentially becoming a ‘go-to guy’ for whatever that ends up being), while also starting to learn about leadership and business as the first steps toward a management or team lead role.
